  • 1 cup short-grain white rice
  • 3 cups plant-based milk (e.g. almond, soy, or oat)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (plus more for topping)
  • Pinch of salt
